SITE DEVELOPMENT CONTRACTING

Sitework South, LC was incorporated in Virginia in July of 2005 by company president Lee Grover. Sitework South is a licensed class A Virginia Contractor holding heavy highway and commercial building classifications. We have several Virginia Department of Environmental Quality Responsible Land Disturber certificate holders on staff. We are a prequalified contractor with the Virginia Department of Transportation.

Sitework South most frequently performs the role of site general contractor working under contract directly with a municipality or commercial property owner. The scope of our contracts typically include estimating, project management, supervision, erosion control, clearing, demolition, earthwork, grading, water, sewer, storm drainage, site electrical, site concrete, stone base, paving, and traffic control.
